What do good food and ranked-choice voting have in common?

We’ll shed some light on that during a fun-filled mock election of Collingswood's favorite restaurant! On April 18th, join Voter Choice NJ for a ranked-choice vote with the community’s favorite restaurants!

NOTE: For those who can't attend in person, a live-stream link will be made available after registration.

The hybrid event will include campaign speeches and posters for all of the restaurant candidates, and those present will vote on paper ballots. Counting done right there, in view of all, as virtual attendees vote on electronic polling software. With the results combined, one restaurant will win bragging rights as “the voters’ choice”, and six lucky attendees will win a gift certificate to a competing establishment.

This event will bring a smile to your face and introduce you to some great restaurants in the area—and provide an example of ranked-choice voting, which is being considered in cities, counties, and states across the country.
